Candidate's Request for Religious Accommodation Rebuffed - EEOC Sues

On September 30th, The Equal Employment Opportunity Commision filed a lawsuit against Seattle-based Logic Staffing LLC on behalf of Robert Ayotte. The two count Complaint alleges failure to accommodate and hire based upon religion, as well as retaliation for opposing religious discrimination.
